The Ruth Project is part of the Stanley Methodist Circuit, a group of churches, in the North East of England. The Ruth Project became fully fledged with the appointment of our first project worker, Grace, in September 2006.
Grace lives and works in South Stanley, getting involved in community groups, and offering support, guidance, and most importantly friendship to local people. she does all this with her sidekick Jasper, who spends a lot of time trying to make lots of friends!
